A RADAR note features serial numbers that read the same way backward and forward (example: 12344321). A REPEATER note features serial numbers that repeat. IE. 12341234 A good number of collectors spend time looking at each serial number of each bill that passes through their hands. Unfortunately the chances of finding any fancy serial numbered note “in change” is akin to being struck by lightning. Even though these Federal Reserve $1 notes aren’t error notes, only 1 in 2.3 million of all circulating dollar bills are like them. Matching those numbers is almost impossible.
